Oggi, Nintendo ha rilasciato Big Block DLC per Tetris 99. Include modalità di gioco CPU Battle e Marathon offline, con ancora più modalità promesse per il futuro.

Spotted nei file di Tetris 99 è una modalità chiamata Team Battle.

– “Two giant teams clash. Be on the winning side!”
– You can have titles(?): “Hi-Score Hero”, “Scoring Machine”, “One-Line Wonder”, and “Knockout Artist”
– Has something called “RUSH TIME”
– You can be KO’d multiple times
– There might be a time limit (there’s text for “Time’s Up!”
– This mode can end in a tie
